Ditto, I think the other site is probably the one we are waiting for.
Also just wanted to let everyone know the State of Alabama; Department of
Archives & History, is a wonderful resource. Not only have they sent me the
Civil War records on three of my family, all in the 41st Inf. Reg., but they
sent me the census records for 1900, 1910 & 1920 for my Grandfather. I
couldn't have asked for more cooperation. One note in the accuracy of Census
Records, in 1920 my Grandfathers middle initial is incorrect and his wife went
from being 20 years old in 1910 to 16 in 1920, pretty good huh!
