Hi Sally,

My Father and his family were/are from Stockton, Bay Minette, Loxely,
Atmore and a host of other communities in Baldwin County Alabama. I
have found the Baldwin County Genealogy Society to be a great source
of information and help to me in my research.

The following is informaiton on The Foley Library and BCGS:

Try The Foley Public Library
319 East Laurel Avenue
Foley Alabama 36535-2680
Phone: 251-943-7665
Web Site: http://foleylibrary.org/
E-mail: library#gulftel.com
Fax: 251-943-8637

Jeanette Barnholt does a wonderful job for the Library in her
research, and is very good about responding.

Note: The Foley Public Library is the home of
The Baldwin County Geanological Society
Their e-mail is: http://www.rootsweb.com/~albcgs/

BCGS puts out a great Newsletter by e-mail and I think the dues are
only ten dollars. It might be worth looking into. If you would like
a copy of one of their newsletters I would be happy to send you one
as an attachment. Just let me know.

Let me know if I can help in any way.

Best Regards, Janet
