Figgie,
Mary Baker was the sister of my ancestor Larkin Baker. Descendants of
Larkin and Mary remained in Barbour County. I grew up there and have
visited the grave of William King many times. He is buried in the
same cemetery with many of my ancestors, including Bakers. I have not
researched William King's ancestors but will be glad to try to help
you piece together other members if I have the info.
There is an individual living in Clayton, Barbour County at present
who has said that William King once stated that he was related to VP
William King.
I note that you sign Figgie of Virginia. Have you ever lived in
Barbour County? Who, in the family below, is in your line?
