THE CRAWFORD FAMILY I am looking for resided in Alberta, mostly in
Claresholm, from ca. 1826-1879.
William H. Crawford b. 1826 we believe in Alberta, he m. Anne Davis of Canada
who was b. ca. 1836. Their children, born in the Claresholm area, were:
Frederick b. 1853; David C. b1855, (perhaps in Michigan raather than Canada);
William b. 1858; George b. 1860; Rosette b. 1865; John b. 1867; Elizabeth b.
1870 (she married a Mr. Maness),; Almond J. b. 1873; Malvina b. 1876; Cora b.
1878; and Charles Emerson Crawford who was born in Wexford Co., Michigan 1881
and ca. 1901 he m. Emma Blanche Riley of Wexford Co., Michigan.
They moved to California in the 1920's with their 10 children, the first 4
having been born in Michigan the last six born in Alberta.
Hope to present a Family History at a Reunion next year and any information
would be greatly appreciated.
