Hi Judith,
You know that Arthur S. White - married Ruth HALE in May 1945 - Baltimore Md. Have you obtained a marriage registration - long form. This would /should show an age - and a place of birth. Since this info comes from the parties themselves - info should be accurate [as they wish].
Do you know when Arthur entered the U.S.A. ? Have you searched for a Letter of Intent/ Citizenship.? This would show a place of birth etc. Do you believe that there is a connection with Alberta Canada - or other areas in Canada?
