A place to start...finally.

He was born in (town of Shields) Watertown, WI in about 1864. Son of
Jeremiah Driscoll and Mary Ann Belrose. Jeremiah born in County Cork,
Ireland and Mary Ann born in Vermont.

Info I have is he left home at age 18 and went to MN and was employed in
railroading. I "suspect" he was near Minneapolis as in 1900 his parents and
a brother were in Superior, WI along with 2 married sisters.

Additionally his mother's obit lists him as being in Star Brook, WA in 1913.
In checking this out there is no "Star Brooke", WA but there is a Starbuck,
WA.
