John Thomas TANNER
b July 4, 1862 Born in Alabama, place unknown
d Feb 5, 1913 Died in Talladega Co, AL buried in Alpine Baptist Church

Found so far only on the 1910 Talladega Co, census and the 1900 Calhoun Co
census. His mother was probably Adeline (unknown) TANNER b 1834 whose
father was born in SC, and was listed in his home in 1900 census. Father
was born in GA or AL according to whichever census you believe. May have
been the brother of Ben, William, Sam and Nadie (also called Gladys).

John was married in 1897 to:

JoAnna JOHNSON
b Oct 7, 1872 in Alabama
d Mar 21, 1939 in Alabama buried with her husband.
Daughter of Mary Caroline BALDWIN JOHNSON, who died in 1892, possibly
around Hokes Bluff AL.
