Those are not the only problems.

Last autumn AOL was blocking efforts to send articles from various
newspapers to AOL users. That got straightened out. In recent months I
have several times run into web sites that had inserted special instructions
for AOL users. Friends who use AOL have told me of problems with access
to miscellaneous web sites, i.e. Scientific American. Have no idea why all
that comes up from time to time.
