is the index very long? If not, could you share the index with us
so that we can know if the book is of value to us. That may be
asking too much, but I have found I can't purchase every book...need

Part of the surname index is listed at the above site. The entire index
is too long for me to handle but I will be happy to see if additional
names are included if that would help.
