WOW! How exciting. It took us years to just find out what our ggrandmother's name was (Asberry A Middleton) and the only link we have is the census listing her father as Wm H Middleton, dob est 1805 in SC. Her older siblings were listed as being born in Georgia and Alabama. It appears this family came to Texas in early 1840's.

Hopefully, this info on all the Middletons of SC & AL will help up find our ancestors.
