1.) Laura SIMS born 1873 in Georgiana, Butler Co. AL - married a PASCAL
2.) Mary SIMS born 1876 in Georgiana, Butler Co. AL - never married.
3.) Charles Lee SIMS born 1-17-1878 in Georgiana, Butler Co. AL - married Maud Carlene SIMS, daughter of Rev. A. T. SIMS, on 7-24-1901 in Georgiana, AL. Killed 8-21-1931 in the line of duty as County Sheriff while in persuit of Dovie Ballard.

James married second Frances PARKER - no children.
