Vic's land book shows John Witherington owned land
at Range 12, TS8, sec. 30.(1840) This plot by Butler County map of 1836
would be in Butler two sections
West of the Sepulga. By the date being 1840, this puts
the sections in Conecuh County. Hope this helps, B'nard
