Louis I have a Gainey family in Carroll County, Mississippi.

John C JOHNSTON was born 25 Aug 1812 in GA. He married Mary
M GANEY on 13 Sep 1842 in Carroll, MS.
Mary M GANEY was born about 1826 in TN. She died 11 Feb 1859
in Carroll, MS.

I am not sure who her parents were.
