In the book 'A Survey of Cemeteries in Chambers Co. Alabama' there are serval listing for the name Howard but none for an Irene. I will list the ones that I found.

Evins W. Howard 8/10/1821- 3/15/ 1851
Mary Ellen Howard wife of Robert Davis 12/13/1846 - 3/30/1896
John Howard 5/8/1849 - 10/27/ 1922
Elizabeth Howard 1/30/1861 - 3/22/1935
James M. Howard 2/5/1886-8/7/1971
Henry H. Howard 12/17/1833-8/16/1887
Gilley A.M.Howard wife of H.H. Howard 4/18/1836 - 12/23/1887
Royal C. Howard 2/3/1887 -9/6/1887
Louvisa Smith wife of H.H. Howard died 11/13/1891 age 24 yrs. I hope this mught help.

II know alot of people on here have been to a lot of the cemeteries,
I have a GGgrand mother Irena Jones, who married a Francis J Howard
in 1839, I have the marriage license, but in 1850 Francis J Howard
is living in St. Clair, AL, same children, but different wife. Has anyone
ever seen her grave or any Howards in the cemeteries you have visited.
Any help would be appreciated.
