I have a copy of the marriage license of my g grandparents, dated Oct 25, 1879, from Chilton County. As you can imagine, it doesn't really tell a lot. I just finished reading a magazine article that mentioned marriage applications, that usually provide more information. Does anyone know if marriage applications exist for Chilton County that far back? It could break through a brick wall.
