The file mentioned is a Windows utility. Whenever you receive a "send
this to everyone you know" message, it is always a good idea to check out
one of the sites that lists current hoaxes just to be sure before you
sound an alarm.

If you have already deleted your file and want to restore it, Symantec
gives info about how to do that.
