I know this is years out of date, however, the cemetery in which Betty Jean Alcorn is buried may have information, such as a death card or the name of the mortuary used and the mortuary keeps a funeral card on file for each interment that may answer some of your questions.

The state took over this cemetery, and the Staff Archaologist from the Department of Archaelogy at the University of Louisville has all the burial records, his name is Phillip DiBlasi.
