Hi Lynne,
I have two by the name of Valentine Sims. One born in 1846. His father
is Samuel McGlathery Sims and his mother is Jane Fuller. The other one
is listed as Valentine Earl Sims b. 1814 in Tenn., m. Elizabeth Young 5
Feb. 1883 Lawrence Co., AL. His father was Joel Sims and his mother was
Elizabeth McGlathery. Joel is Valentine's (b. 1846) grandfather.
