These are my ancestors. I noticed you mentioned on the Wilkinson site, that
you had info on the Wilkinson families from Barbour Co., AL.

Notice my g-gndmother, Tonia Louisa WILKINSON's 2nd husband is John Jasper
Adkison, her first husband was Zacharia Tew, son of Wallace TEW(b. abt
1803, NC) and Martha Wilkinson (b. abt 1814, GA)I don't know who Martha's
parents are but I suspect she has a brother named Samuel

Also note that Tonia's mother Luvenia DYKES (b.26 June 1814) was first
married to a WILKINSON possibly about 1831, but I don't know who. Then she
married James TEW (b. abt 1821) of Barbour Co., AL.

Any help would be wonderful.

They were married on 25 Dec 1925, Midland City, Dale Co., AL

Jasper's parents: John Jasper ADKISON (b.06 Oct 1846, Barbour Co., AL)
m. Tonia Louisa WILKINSON (b. Oct 1844, Barbour Co., AL). They were married
30 Aug 1865, Barbour Co., AL

Martha HARRIS's parents: Benjamin L. HARRIS (b. 03 March 1848, Henry Co.) m
Margaret J. RICHARDS (b. 18 March 1854, Ga or Possibly Henry Co., AL). They
were married 09 Sept 1876, Henry Co(Now part of Houston Co) AL


Our gg-gndparents:
John Jasper ADKISON's parents: Daniel Greene ADKISON (b. abt 1828, Pike Co
(now Barbour Co), AL married Clarkey LUDLUM/LUDLAM (b. abt 1826, SC). They
were married 11 Dec 1845, Barbour Co., AL

Tonia Louisa WILKINSON's parents: ? WILKINSON (b. unknown) & Luvinia DYKES
(b. 26 June 1814 either Barnwell Co,SC or Barbour Co., AL?)

Benjamin L. HARRIS parents: William M. HARRIS (b.09 March 1819, SC) & Sarah
Jane COLE (b. 25 Sept 1824, GA- Possibly part Choctaw Indian). They were
married 31 Dec 1843, Henry Co. (Now part of Houston Co), AL

Margaret J. RICHARDS parents: possibly either Franklin RICARDS & Emily or
Henry RICHARDS & Rachel ANTLEY
