Thanks Homer, W.A. Grimes was William A. "Gus Grimes, He was listed under
Ozark Census ,i thought?? maybe not, but did Daleville lose that when Ft
Rucker moved in ?? because all the papers now have Ozark ?? In a letter of
1962 it mention the old homesread being torn down in 1944 , it use to be
right there at the gate to Ft. Rucker, maybe about 200 feet or yards from
where the helicopter is now. when i get a chance i will type out the letter
:-) and send, it will be awhile.
