Great story!! in the OR's, Official Nay
Report, Series 1, Vol XVII, there are
two accounts of the destruction of the
Saltworks in the St. Andrews area and
at Lake Ocala; timefrane would be in
Dec 1863 to Jun 1864; the new book,
"Discovering The Civil War In Florida"
by Paul Taylor contains the OR rpts
and also an artist's sketch of the Salt-
works being bombarded by the U.S.
Bark Kingfisher.
