Homer,know this question may be simple,so maybe you could explain it too me,haha..
When a confederate soilder was killed,or died from sickness,were they sent home to where they lived? Were they sent too the state where they signed up? I know some were buried where they died,I was just wondering this,for AL men signed in Ga,and vice virsa..
