This obituary is from The Opp News, September 26, 2002 (Opp is in Covington County Alabama):

Ida Katherine (Worrell) Warr Puckett, 82, of Chipley, Fla., died Thursday, September 19, 2002, in a Chipley hospital after an extended illness.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. on Monday, September 23, from the Brantley Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.
Puckett was a native of Thurston, but had lived in Panama City, Fla. for many years until recently moving to Washington County. She was of the Assembly of God faith.
Preceding her in death were three brothers, John Enis Worell, Luther Gordan Worrell and Cleveland Leo Worrell; two husbands, Arnett Charles Warr and James L. Puckett Jr.; and a daughter-in-law, Betty Carolle Warr.
Survivors include sons, Arnett Billy Warr and Jimmy G. Warr Sr.; sisters, Quida Louise Evans, Virginia Inez Raborne and Eubina Marie Smoke; daughters-in-law, Patricia Ann Carter of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and Waver Taylor of Crestview, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
