Kay,
My people--McKays--lived in that area at that time. I don't know the school
the children attended in 1892. But, my mother who was born in 1908, attended
Morgan School. As I recall, she said they walked three miles to school. They
lived between Skipperville and Clopton, near the river...I don't know if that
school was in existence in 1892 or not.............Betty Vann
