Not always :-( , found a land sale of 1835, and at the Archives in montgomery
there was something on the mircofilm, they did not have the record had to go
to Ozark to check on the paper work and found the paper ask the clerk why
would there be a copy being the Courthouse burn twice , and was told that whoever
bought the land in 1835 still had the papers when he sold the land and so when
the land was sold again in ca 1893 the papers of 1835 was there, ortherwise
no record would be on file :-(.
