All I can say about the Wesley Alexander you mentioned is that I'm not familiar with him, but several of the Alexanders from the old Henry County moved into the Washington County, FL area during some part of the 1800s. As far as Ben Jackson Alexander is concerned, he's probably descended from the Henry County Alexanders who originated from the Sumter District in South Carolina (early to mid 1800s), and James Alexander, who's buried at Center U.M.C. outside of Newville. I don't know anything about the modern-day Alexanders of that area, just those in South Carolina. Sorry I wasn't more help... and good luck.
