Hi Betty,

The Weed surname is a side line for me. I believe that Mary Martin and William Weed's son, John, married Lilla (Lilly) G. Yon, sister of my g grandmother, Sarah Frances Yon Clark of Grimes. I think some of the Weeds may have migrated to northwest Florida, so you may want to check some of those counties. If I run across any further information on Weeds, I'll be glad to share it.
