The referred-to ³........loose paper¹ files, estate records in the Dallas
County Courthouse......² etc., are well on their way, if not there already,
to being turned into mulch.
You might try to contact the Dallas County Probate Judge, Johnny Jones,
1334876-4830.
He has nominal ³control of the Court House² but cannot pre- or pro-scribe
what goes on there nor how/if certain record-keeping and storage procedures
should be followed.
The Dallas County Court House resides in the middle of the local Welfare
Plantation and is mostly staffed by same.
Your best bet is to contact the proper people in the Church of Latter Day
Saints in Salt Lake City, Utah, ( http://www.familysearch.org/ )to see if
they have micro-filmed any of these records.
Thank you,
James
And a good day, also, to all our FBI Carnivore and CIA Echelon watchers.
