So sorry to hear about your brother's death. I also live in Alabama at
Childersburg, in Talladega County. I would appreciate any information that
you could help me with on the Etter or what ever spellings they used and
their wives.
I tryed to find them in Elmore County, but unable to locate anything. You
can contact me by email at
. Yes I would try to carry on Hugh's work,
for this is what he would have wanted! We who work for years on a family
history, hate to see it go down the drain. I've try to interest my children
in the family history but to this date have been unable to get them into
it!My personal interest, started when i was about 5 years old. When I got
17 I really got started! It's has been a long and hard road, but thank
goodness the computer age has made it a lot easier. Again so sorry to hear
of the death of your brother Hugh Morris.
I also have ties to the Morris Family, The two men that I'm hunting, their
mother was a Morris. Alcey Mills Morris daughter of Isaac and Rebecca Bean
Morris who were in Tallapoosa County, Alabama.
