ANOTHER LOCAL BOY IS MAKING GOOD

Good fortune has struck again in the camp of Maurice M. Dunson, former
Gadsden boy and graduate of the class of 1933 at high school. Word comes
here that Dunson, who has been stationed at the Naval Air Station in Miami
for several years boarded a boat for the British West Indies where he takes
over a job at the naval airport on the Island of Antiqua, acquired by the
United States for a base under the recent lend-lease agreement. Maurice is
not only looking forward to continuing his work in the government's defense
program, but during his recent visit here he said he was thrilled of the
opportunity of visiting one of the world's prettiest islands, in the West
Indies.
