Mrs. Myrtle Yeoman, a resident of Hartford Health Care and formely of
Slocomb, died Thursday, May 1, 2003, at Hartford Health Care after an
extended illness. She was 87.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Malvern Baptist Church
Cemetery with the Rev. John Wayne Hicks officiating and Sorrells Funeral
Home of Slocomb directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 9 until
9:45 a.m. when they will depart for the graveside.

Mrs. Yoeman was born November 1, 1915, to the late Joe A. Roland and
Estelle Williford Yeoman. She was a member of Malvern Baptist Church and the
East Geneva County Senior Citizens.

Survivors include her daughter, Shirley Wiggins and her husband, Dr. Larry
Wiggins; six grandchildren, Leah Smith and her husband, Doug, Jennifer Espy
and her husband, Cary, Tracie Eiland and her husband, Randy, all of Dothan,
Tony Ingram and wife Lee of Webb, Greg Ingram and wife, Lynn of Troy, Clay
Wiggins and wife Olina, Kinsey; several great-grandchildren; and several
nieces and nephews.
