I am looking for the parents of Richard A. Farr b. 1828 VA, d. Civil War 1864 of Marshall Co., MS; and his brother, Samuel A. Farr, b. 1826 VA, wife Nancy C Brown, lived Greene Co., AL as Overseer for James Greer, daughter Nancy Elizabeth "Bettie" Farr m. Dr. Pearce Killgore in Columbia Co., AR, brothers John, Samuel, Robert L. Farr. Richard A. Farr was married in 1853 to Sarah Ann Greer, dau of William Arnold Greer (Clarke Co., GA) (bro. to above Greer), for whom Richard was Overseer in Marshall Co., MS. There is a possible daughter, Margaret Farr m. Jefferson Bannister Pippen in 1849 in Greene Co. AL, lived Ashley Co., AR. Any help appreciated. Barbara, descendant of Richard A. Farr b. 1828 VA
