I am looking for the names of Robert HICKMAN and Melissa Ann OATS children.
Melissa was the sister of Governor William Calvin OATS. She was born in
1842. I think she maybe buried in The Headland Baptist Cemetery. Her father
disowned her because he did not approve of her marrying Robert HICKMAN.
Governor OATS took care of her.
