My gr gr grandmother died in 1884 in Hardin County, Texas. (east Texas). I
have a copy of her letter to my gr grandmother dated November 1884 in which
she states she has "typhoid pneumonia". I wondered what that meant. My gr gr
grandmother moved the family from Brewton, Alabama to Texas in 1883.
