I was at Camp Springs a few years ago.

I did not note a Griffith.

The only Griffins I noted were
Cassie Griffin Elliott January 19, 1905 - January 18 1985
Cassie was the daughter of Homer and Lacey Griffin. Homer was the son of
Daniel and Martha Ann Griffin. She married Bascom Elvis Elliott.

Eddie Inez Griffin Carter b. October 22, 1912 killed in an automobile
accident December 19, 1958. Married to Costie K. Carter.

Madison (Matt) Griffin August 6, 1871 d. February 14, 1960. Married Eldis
Watford.

There is no Griffith on the 1840 Henry County Census as head of house and no
one of the 1850 census as head of house.There is not a Griffith on the 1855
Henry County Census.
I wish I could have found him.
