Yes, Sterling Barto Price b.June 6, 1862 married to Susanna Kirkland b. January 1862 was the brother of George Washington Price, Sr. b. September 1859. George then named one of his sons after his brother. A very common practice.
I haven't been able to find any connection between this line of Prices and Jon Price, MD.
