Up until his death in 1913 my secondgreatgrandfather was the actual
Owner of the Alice Hotel. He lived in the Hotel. He was Dr. Wyatt Stephen
Oates. Mother's grandfather Walter Oates grew up living there. Dr. Oates
named the Hotel after his wife Alice Reynolds.

Runnels, was the owner of the Alice Hotel in Headland, Henry Co., AL.
Does
anyone on this list know where I may be able to find the history of the
Alice
Hotel and/or previous owners? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
