I checked “Deutsches Namenlexikon,” by Hans Bahlow, paperback published in 1967. Pages 574-75 discuss the surname WUT(T)KE, but I don't understand German. I have no xerox machine or scanner or desire to transcribe German text, but you might find a librarian with those facilities.

Google.com has 183 hits for WUTHKE.

Ancestry.com has no message board devoted to the surname, and no other of its existing boards discuss it. I know because there is a search window at the top of every page in which one can search all boards.
