Elkin, James p331 and Elkin, Mrs. Louisa p331
Louisa Elkin nee Hatcox, widow of James Elkin, married G.M. Greer, grist mill
owner. They worshipped at Philadelphia Baptist Church.
Elkins, David Rev. p454 Present Among original members of Uchee Grove Church
near Bishop's Bridge, some years later the church was taken down and moved to
Crawford before 1840 but was blown away by a storm, then rebuilt.
Elkins, Mrs. John p506 McKinnon Mill was near her land, she was a widow.
Elkins, Mrs. Margaret (Greer) p331 of Russell Co AL, dtr of Thomas Greer, who
married twice. With first wife he had a son Wm Greer of TX. Margaret Greer
and is dtr of Thomas Greer's & second wife and survivor/heir is Mrs. G.M.
Greer (it does not say how she fits in).
