I am searching for my birth mother, her maiden name is Marion Cox she was also known as Coll. I have just found out that she married a John Williams or Hamlett in 1974 in Edinburgh, Scotland. My birth name is Josephine Doris Hamlett Coll. Is this just a coincidence or could there be a connection.

I have lived in Glasgow, Scotland all my life and I'm not sure if Marion still lives in Edinburgh or not. Her birthdate could be 15th May 1943 and her parents could be James meredith Cox and Rose Cox nee McPhail, they married on 22nd december 1939. I'd be interested to hear from you with any information you may have
