Anna Jean, thank you for posting the info about your Garrett family.
Since my Roberson/Robinson/Robertson family followed the same route
as your Garretts, moving from Laurens Co., S.C. into Georgia, into
Alabama, in the early 1800s, I suspect they may be connected to your
Garretts in some way. I have tried to connect William H. Robinson,
who married Martha Jane Garrett, to my Rob family. According to
another researcher, William is buried in the Middleton Cemetery, Old
Texas, Monroe Co., Al. Martha and William married in Lowndes on Jan.
