Looking for information about the families of the following individuals.
John Beston STONE - born 5 Sept. 1842 in Marion, Perry Co. Alabama. Served
in 4th and 62nd Alabama Infantry Regiments. James P. ARMSTRONG - printer,
resident of Montgomery, Alabama. Son (name unknown) died in Marion, Fall
1878. M. J. LOCKLEAR (may have been M. J. ARMSTRONG in first marriage)
- shown on 1860 Perry County census. I know of these individuals thru numerous
family letters. I have many given names, but few last names. Any help is
much appreciated.
