Martha Duke Howze b. 1797 NC m. Richard Ransom Plummer
John Howze b. 1766 NC m. Martha Yarbrough
Isaac Howze, Jr. b. 1740 VA m. Mary Duke
Isaac Howze, Sr. b. abt 1722 VA m. Mary Mattox
Thomas Howze, Sr. b. 1680 VA m. Hannah Lawrence?

Some of them moved to Perry Co., AL and I feel are related to your line there though I do not have Rebecca Caroline Howze in my database. Many moved on to Lauderdale and other MS counties.

Caroline Howze, b. 1825, dau. of Henry Yarbrough Howze and Kekomoisa Mitchell m. Governor John Milton of Florida.
Gov. Milton committed suicide after seeing the outcome of the War Between the States.

Can you give me other names to check?
