I dont know exactly where they were in perry county, and what precinct was sprot in? Jessie was born in 1883 and his parents were listed on his birth certificate as Sam Heard and Eliza Morton. This is the only info that I have. Do you know if Preston had any brothers named Jessie or Johnny or what Preston's parents names were?
