James T. Brantley Called By Death
James T. Brantley "no age" a life-long resident of Troy, died early today at a local hospital following a long illness.
He is survived by his wife: four sons, Dr. J. A. Brantley, Oliver Wiley Brantley, Robert M. Brantley, Troy and Thomas K. Brantley, Brundidge: one brother, Charles Brantley, Montgomery: five sisters, Mrs. N. B. Solomon, Charleston, S. C.: Mrs. Dean Bryant, Los Angeles, Calif.: Mrs. Sybil Windham, Troy: Mrs. H. H. McPherson and Mrs. Vincent Townsend, Birmingham.
Funeral services will be held from the residence Friday at 11 am with Dr. C. T. Ammerman and the Rev. Willis C. Henderson officiating. Burial will be held in Oakwood Cemetery with McGehee Funeral Home in charge.
Pallbearers will be Oliver Wiley, Richard Savage, Gerald Henderson, Joe Kirven Brantley, M. Bibb Folmar and Brantley Wiley.
