Back in 1991 Casey W. Arnett wrote,
"The Jesse & Martha Jane Robertson Arnett Family" book.
Since she contacted our family, I have been involved in finding
out about her work, and tracing the tree she developed.
I began by asking her if I could update, and continue her work.
I have run a-ground, as a sailor would say, looking for some of
the Randolph County lineages.

First, if anyone can put me in touch with the old records, if any, for
the Old
Salem Baptist Primative Church... HWY 16, just outside RockMills, that
would be great! That is where Jesse Arnett is burried.

Then, visit http://ns1.dicomm.net/~cullars/genealogy.htm
and find your kinfolk, and that will help me locate a few people.

Right now, I am interested in the location of the Bennetts.
James Posey Bennett had a son William, and grandson William F., Sr.
William F. Bennett, Sr. had two sons; William Fred, and Robert Halman.
Robert is living, and is searching his missed lineage. I found the wife
of
James Posey Bennett, but not much about James P. Bennett
(sic.1830census)

But, once you see the website, then if you research Randolph, you will
see the
numerous relations from Randolph - Rock Mills, Alabama.
