RESOLUTIONS ON THE DEATH OF MRS. HUGH MALONE

Whereas, on the 7th day of March 1914, God took to that better world from the
home of Bro. Hugh Malone, his wife, leaving a husband and three little girls
to mourn her loss as well as a host of relatives and friends; and whereas she
will be greatly missed as a friend and neighbor of our town as well as from
the home; therefore, be it resolved,

1st; that we bow in humble submission to Him who doeth all things well and
for the best.

2nd; that in the death of Mrs. Beulah Malone the town has lost a faithful
friend; the husband a devoted wife and the children and kind and affectionate
mother.

3rd; that we extend our sincere sympathy to the bereaved family and commend
them to our Heavenly Father, who by His grace and faith in His Son, makes
life's journey pleasant, and insures:

A happy meeting with loved ones over Jordan at last,
In the sweet by and by where sorrows will all be past,
And forever to dwell with the ransomed throng,
Crowned in glory singing redemption's song.

4th; that a copy of these resolutions be sent to the bereaved family, a copy
to The Roanoke Leader for publication and a copy be spread on the minutes of
the Baptist Sunday School of Malone.
