my ggf William Edwin Shirley was born in Russell co in 1843 and later on fought in the War Between the States with an Alabama regiment(?)..Married Emma White in Mechanicsburg and in the 1880's emigrated to Arkansas and owned/operated a cotton mill on Horseshoe Creek in or near Clarksville Ar....relatives would have been Tillery's....

does anyone have info about any of these folks ???
