Recently on I received an email with a virus
warning concerning a "dormant" computer virus SULFNBK.exe that is
undetectable by virus protection software. The email gives instructions on
how to delete the supposedly infected file. In actuality, this is not a
virus but a virus hoax. SULFNBK is a valid Microsoft Windows utility file
that shouldn't be deleted.
In the future, when you receive a virus warning, you should go to one
of these sites to see if it is a hoax or not:

http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/hoax.html
http://www.datafellows.com/news/hoax.htm
If you took the virus warning email's advice and deleted your SULFNBK
file here are a couple of website articles that will tell you about it and
how to restore the file you deleted.
