It is pronounced musk-a-dob-it, by the people who live there. It is located
on the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia, North East of Halifax.

I believe there is a genealogical web site that covers that area.... Check,
on your web searcher for GANS... Genealogical Association of Nova Scotia...
There is a LOT of information available for the South Shore, and the Valley,
and, I believe, just about as much on the Eastern Shore...

Sorry, I cannot remember the URL, and I lost my old favourites list. If you
cannot find the GANS through the searchers, then try connecting to Chebucto
Free Net home page... That is where I got the connection to GANS.
